Ruyten Technologies has officially entered the listing process, including selecting underwriters for its initial public offering (IPO).
Ruyten announced on the 23rd that it has selected Mirae Asset Securities as the lead underwriter for the IPO and NH Investment & Securities as the co-underwriter.
Having formalized its IPO plans earlier this month, Ruyten intends to coordinate the details with the underwriters, aiming to submit a preliminary screening application next year.
Last month, Ruyten secured a KRW 100 billion Series C investment, bringing its cumulative fundraising to approximately KRW 230 billion. It became the first startup in Korea's artificial intelligence (AI) service sector to achieve unicorn status, recognized for having a corporate value exceeding KRW 1 trillion.
Kim Jintae, Head of IPO at Mirae Asset, stated, "Ruyten has demonstrated explosive growth in the AI services field, proving its unrivaled market competitiveness. As the company is faithfully exhibiting a J-curve growth trajectory, we will do our utmost to ensure a successful listing."
