President Lee Approves Appointments of Lee Soyoung as SMEs Minister and Lee Junghyun as Deputy Prosecutor General
President Lee Jaemyung, who is visiting New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly, approved the appointment of Lee Soyoung as Minister of SMEs and Startups on September 22.
Kang Yoojeong, Chief Presidential Spokesperson, announced this in a press briefing on the afternoon of the same day.
Previously, the National Assembly's Trade, Industry, Energy, SMEs, and Startups Committee held a plenary session and, with bipartisan agreement, adopted the report on the confirmation hearing for Minister nominee Lee Soyoung.
Along with this, President Lee also approved the appointment of Lee Junghyun as Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office.
