Cellid Decides on 3 Billion Won Third-Party Allotment Capital Increase
New Shares Issued to Investment Partnerships Including Central Trust
KOSDAQ-listed company Cellid announced on the 22nd that it has decided to raise approximately 3 billion won through a third-party allotment capital increase in order to secure operating funds.
According to the disclosure, 1,333,332 new common shares will be issued through this capital increase, with an issue price of 2,250 won per share. The third-party allottees are Central Trust Investment Partnership and SPE Partners Investment Partnership, each of which will be allocated 666,666 shares.
A third-party allotment capital increase is a fundraising method that increases a company's capital by allocating new shares to specific parties other than existing shareholders. Compared to a general public offering, which targets an unspecified number of investors, this method streamlines the process, allowing companies to secure necessary operating funds more quickly.
