Currently, 70% of all employees are young professionals, who are both hired and retained, and the company has contributed to youth job creation through industry-university cooperation and talent development programs. In addition, the company has established a work system that ensures work-life balance by introducing a shortened working hour policy—2 hours off every Wednesday and 4 hours off every third Friday of the month. Furthermore, in partnership with Hunet, Motherbrain has opened a dedicated online training center, the 'Motherbrain HRD Archive,' providing practical education in AI applications and advertising, playing a leading role in developing core talent.
This organizational culture has translated directly into enhancing business competitiveness. Since its establishment in 2009, Motherbrain has built a solid portfolio in a variety of industries including finance, fashion, commerce, and travel. Last year, the company achieved a handled transaction amount of 85.2 billion won. In addition, after winning three categories at the '2025 Social i-Award' (including the Grand Prize for BC Card Instagram and the Excellence Prize for Han Sung Motor's Instagram and YouTube channels), Motherbrain further demonstrated its creative competitiveness by winning a Ministerial Commendation at the Korea Advertising Awards in December.
