Dreaminsight Applies 'DMAX AI' to Real-World Operations... Enhances Employee AI Proficiency
Dreaminsight, an integrated artificial intelligence (AI) marketing group, is applying its self-developed AI solution, 'DMAX AI,' to real work processes to enhance employees' AI utilization capabilities and strengthen its core business competitiveness.
On September 21, Dreaminsight announced the completion of the construction of ‘DMAX AI,’ an AI platform that seamlessly connects all aspects of advertising work, from campaign planning and creative production to execution and performance analysis. The company plans to simultaneously strengthen its technology and human resources to proactively respond to rapid changes in the advertising and media industry, where AI utilization is expanding at a fast pace.
DMAX AI is a proprietary solution developed to enable advertisers and agencies to integrate and manage all advertising-related work within a single platform. Dreaminsight is currently validating and upgrading each function, and some features have already been prioritized for use in in-house campaigns operated by the company.
In practice, DMAX AI is being used to automate the previously manual processes of collecting and processing data. It has also been applied to diagnose and organize underperforming ads and keywords, reducing repetitive work and increasing operational efficiency and productivity.
After further validation through in-house campaigns, Dreaminsight plans to expand DMAX AI as a solution business for external companies and brands.
Alongside the platform launch, the company also conducted training sessions to enhance employees' AI utilization skills. In August, Dreaminsight held a total of five 'generative AI (marketing)' trainings, specifically tailored to marketing work, for staff at its Seoul headquarters, Gangnam branch, and Busan office.
Each session consisted of eight hours, with three conducted face-to-face and two online. The training went beyond just learning generative AI theory, focusing on practical exercises such as content planning, market and competitor research, and data analysis—all applied to actual marketing work.
Dreaminsight aims to boost advertising work productivity and strengthen AI-based marketing competitiveness by concurrently improving employees' ability to utilize the AI platform and integrating it into work processes.
Dreaminsight CEO Kim Kicheol stated, "AI has established itself as a key technology that is transforming both the work process and competitive landscape of the advertising and marketing industry. The DMAX AI platform from Dreaminsight will improve our internal work efficiency and generate cost savings as a result."
He added, "Externally, it enables advance forecasting of our clients’ advertising and marketing campaigns, allowing for more rational and strategic choices to boost advertising effectiveness. Based on our proprietary technology and organizational capabilities, we will proactively respond to the AI transition and leverage this as a new business opportunity and a mid- to long-term growth engine."
