A Family-Friendly Program Open to All
Hyundai Mobis announced on September 21 that more than 7,000 children participated in the hands-on safety campaign "Comprehensive Safety Experience Land" this year.
Comprehensive Safety Experience Land is a safety program organized by Hyundai Mobis in cooperation with regional offices of education and related agencies, held in large facilities. The program is designed to help children personally learn how to prevent everyday accidents, offering a total of 12 experiential activities, such as road traffic safety, safety rules for scooters, fire evacuation drills, first aid, and hygiene education.

Approximately 3,000 people, including children and their families, took part in this event. This year, the company moved beyond school-based participation to expand the program to a family participation format, allowing any local resident to join, and received an enthusiastic response. Local government, fire department, and police officials also joined the event, supporting not only order maintenance but also efforts to prevent accidents involving children and to promote a culture of safety.
Hyundai Mobis also gave transparent umbrellas to participating children, further emphasizing the importance of safety. The total number of transparent umbrellas distributed by the company for children's traffic safety has reached 1.6 million as of this year.
Hyundai Mobis has continued its transparent umbrella sharing campaign for children's traffic safety since 2010, and began operating the Comprehensive Safety Experience Land in 2024, aiming to raise awareness for overall safety in daily life beyond just traffic safety. It is run by visiting areas where the company operates nationwide. The company’s goal is to share experience-based safety education content, which has largely been concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area, with local communities and to contribute to spreading a culture of safety for future generations.
The total number of participants in Comprehensive Safety Experience Land held in three regions—Ulsan, Daejeon, and Gwangju—this year exceeded 7,000. Over the past three years, more than 20,000 children have taken part in safety education programs in 11 regions nationwide.
