She stated, "Ninety minutes before the broadcast, I received a notice from Lotte Homeshopping saying there were concerns about potential internal and external controversy." Previously, she had described the reason for the cancellation as "circumstances within the company," but as inquiries continued, she later posted a more detailed explanation.
She added, "Although it's disappointing because we had prepared a lot, I am satisfied that we were able to conduct a good replacement broadcast yesterday thanks to the prompt response from Baropick, our logistics partner."
She also apologized to customers for the inconvenience caused by the sudden schedule change and said the company would offer conditionally free shipping at its own expense. Later, she shared an image showing total product orders amounting to 73,764,790 won, commenting, "Although I couldn't appear on the home shopping program, I still managed to achieve home-shopping-level sales."
