"Asan Technovalley the1 Phase 7 Launches 'Homeownership Win-Win Project' for Young Adults and Newlyweds"
- Groundbreaking Benefits: Reduced Down Payment, Deferred Balance, and Prepayment Discounts for Young Adults, Youth, and Newlyweds
- Located in Dunpo-myeon, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do... 622 Units of 77 and 84 sqm under Price Cap Regulations
Line Group, to commemorate its inclusion in the list of large business groups designated by the Fair Trade Commission this year (ranked 61st), is launching the "Homeownership Win-Win Project" for young people, newlyweds, and local workers to give back to the Asan community for its support.
Line Group has been leading the formation of a new residential town representing the region by continuing a successful streak of apartment sales from the first to the sixth phase (9th district) in Asan Technovalley, located in Dunpo-myeon, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. This project has been planned to respond to the enthusiastic support from Asan citizens and real demand buyers and to fulfill the company's social responsibility.
Having expanded its influence in the region through its continuous provision of housing in Asan Technovalley, Line Group has announced plans to support real demand buyers in the local community.
The complex eligible for the win-win project benefits is "Asan Technovalley the1 Phase 7," developed by EG Construction Co., Ltd., and built by Line Industries Co., Ltd. It is located in the Ab4BL district of Asan Technovalley, Dunpo-myeon, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and will consist of 10 buildings, from two basement floors to a maximum of 25 above-ground floors, totaling 622 units with exclusive areas of 77 and 84 square meters.
As a project subject to the pre-sale price cap system in a public housing site, its main advantage is a reasonable sale price.
Through this "Homeownership Win-Win Project," alleviated contract terms are being offered to young adults entering the workforce, youth, newlyweds, and local workers who face difficulties in raising initial funds. For young adults who are just starting their careers, the down payment ratio has been lowered, and for the remaining contract amount, interest-free loans are offered, significantly reducing the initial financial burden.
Additionally, for the first 100 households on a first-come, first-served basis, remarkable financial support is also provided. Buyers can choose between "a 2-year deferral on 30% of the remaining balance" or "a 5% annual interest discount if they prepay 30% of the remaining balance."
Given the ongoing rise in construction and raw material costs, these benefits will allow real demand buyers to live in a new apartment at a more reasonable price and under more favorable conditions by enabling substantial cost savings. These are particularly advantageous conditions for young people and newlyweds with relatively low initial capital.
Once the complexes already occupied, Phase 7, and the upcoming Phase 8 are all completed, Asan Technovalley will be home to the massive "the1" brand town with a total of over 8,000 units.
The location is also excellent. It is situated at the heart of the K-Semiconductor industrial belt that connects Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek Campus and the Samsung Display Asan and Cheonan Campuses, with the Asan Technovalley General Industrial Complex, employing more than 10,000 people, in the background. Yeomjak Elementary School is a two-minute walk from the complex, with Asan Techno Middle School and Asan Chungmu High School within a 12-minute walking distance. One of the area's strengths is that Dunpo-myeon qualifies for the special rural university entrance track.
The complex features special designs, including south-facing units for all households, an unobstructed corridor view between buildings, and common storage spaces in front of the entrances. Certain types of the 84-square-meter units include a wide living room. Residents will also enjoy various community facilities such as a fitness center, golf practice range, guesthouse, dog park, water playground, and barbecue area.
A Line Group representative stated, "Thanks to the high interest and support from Asan Technovalley Phase 1 to Phase 6 (9th district), Line Group has been able to grow into a large company. This project was designed to give back to the local community and to lower the threshold for homeownership for real users such as young adults just starting their careers and newlyweds, so we expect to see continued positive responses."
On the first two days after the grand opening of "Asan Technovalley the1 Phase 7," from September 29 to 30, there were about 6,700 visitors to the site. Counseling stations were filled throughout the day, mainly with real buyers from Asan and nearby areas, and lines formed all day long to tour the different housing unit types.
