On September 18, DN Solutions announced that it had participated in major machine tool exhibitions held in the United States and Europe, unveiling the achievements of its recent integration with HELLER and demonstrating its automation and digital manufacturing capabilities.

View original imageDN Solutions and HELLER each participated in the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS 2026) in Chicago, United States, and the AMB 2026, a metalworking exhibition held in Stuttgart, Germany. Both exhibitions run until September 19.
This marks the first joint exhibition by DN Solutions and HELLER in the United States and Europe since DN Solutions acquired HELLER. The two companies are operating a unified booth, showcasing machine tools, automation systems, and digital manufacturing technologies targeting high-value-added industries such as aerospace, defense, and semiconductors.
The companies are also working on organizational integration to strengthen their presence in the U.S. market. The representative of DN Solutions America is concurrently serving as the head of HELLER’s U.S. subsidiary, while both companies are expanding their dealer and reseller networks and pursuing joint cross-selling initiatives aimed at key customers.
Their integration is also achieving tangible results in the technology sector. At this exhibition, the two companies unveiled for the first time their jointly developed automation solution, the 'PS7-100 Entry AWC.' They are also expanding collaboration in joint research and development (R&D), as well as platform and component standardization, procurement, marketing, and customer service.
DN Solutions also exhibited specialized equipment tailored for various industries, including a simultaneous 5-axis horizontal machining center, a turn-mill multitasking machine, and a special material processing platform for semiconductors. In addition, the company introduced a digital twin solution equipped with artificial intelligence (AI)-based software that automatically compensates for thermal changes in the equipment and workpiece imbalance, along with virtual machining verification and cycle time prediction capabilities.
