Shinhan Bank will allocate an additional special limit for mortgage loans specifically targeting young borrowers with genuine loan needs.
According to the financial sector on September 17, Shinhan Bank has decided to allocate a total mortgage loan limit of 500 billion won for customers aged 39 or younger through the broker channel.
The allocation will take place in two phases: the first tranche of 250 billion won is available from September 18, followed by a second tranche of 250 billion won starting October 2.
Loans can be executed from November 6 to November 18.
