The event invited major local media outlets and influencers, introducing the value of Samsung’s AI appliances as 'AI companions in everyday life,' as well as the AI-based integrated connection platform 'SmartThings.'
To allow direct experience of customized AI solutions reflecting India’s high-temperature, high-humidity climate and family-oriented culture, Samsung Electronics created dedicated zones: an air conditioner experience zone, a kitchen appliances experience zone, and a home care & reliability zone.
In the air conditioner experience zone, the company demonstrated its WindFree technology, which maintains comfort without direct airflow. In particular, it showcased five airflow control technologies utilizing the motion blade of the 'Bespoke AI WindFree Pro' air conditioner. The 'Wearable Good Sleep' mode—interconnected with the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Ring—was also introduced, offering an optimal sleep environment by adjusting to sleep stages and changes in body temperature.
At the kitchen appliances experience zone, the company presented the 'Now Brief' feature, which recommends personalized information via the Bespoke AI Family Hub refrigerator screen, along with the 'Family Care' function that detects usage patterns and monitors the well-being of parents through their device activity.
In the home care & reliability zone, Samsung Electronics emphasized its differentiated competitiveness in quality and service, which extends even beyond the point of purchase. It introduced 'SmartThings Home Care,' which monitors device status and notifies users when it’s time to replace filters or perform cleaning, as well as 'Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM),' a service where specialists analyze product conditions remotely and provide guidance. Marking its 30th year operating in India, Samsung Electronics plans to continue emphasizing its commitment to quality and service responsibility after purchase, delivering a more trustworthy AI home appliance experience to local consumers.
