Hapcheon County, South Gyeongsang Province, is reviewing detailed implementation plans for event operation, transportation, and safety measures in preparation for the 4th Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo Festival scheduled for October.
The county held a promotion plan meeting for the 4th Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo Festival in the small conference room on the second floor of the county office, with over 30 attendees including Kim Yooncheol, head of Hapcheon County, senior county officials, and representatives from the Hapcheon Livestock Cooperative.
The festival is hosted and organized by the Hapcheon Livestock Cooperative, with support from Hapcheon County, the Hapcheon County Council, Gyeongsang National University's RISE Project Group, and the Hanwoo Board for Self-Help Fund Management.

The 4th Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo Festival will be held for three days from October 9 to 11. The festival will feature food, hands-on activities, and performances aimed at promoting the local 'Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo' beef brand and expanding consumption.
In particular, plans are in place to attract visitors to local tourist attractions such as the autumn silver grass and pink muhly at Hwangmaesan Mountain by linking them to the festival and encouraging local tourism and economic activity.
Kim Yooncheol, head of Hapcheon County, stated, "We will ensure thorough preparation so that the festival raises awareness for Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo and also benefits the local economy."
