The Future Tomorrow Work Experience program is a public-private partnership initiative designed to offer young job seekers diverse on-the-job experiences, supporting them in career exploration and strengthening their employment capabilities. Since 2023, Trinity Aviation has been the first among domestic airlines to participate in the program, providing practical fieldwork experiences at airports and in aviation operations.
This year's program runs in three sessions from April through November. A total of 168 participants will join. They will be assigned to major hub locations nationwide, including Incheon, Gimpo, Jeju, and Cheongju airports, as well as the newly added Gimhae Airport this year, allowing them to gain hands-on work experience in the field. By including the Gimhae Airport branch among the program sites, the company has expanded opportunities for young people in non-metropolitan regions.
After about one week of preliminary job training, the selected participants receive on-site airport internships and mentoring from experienced professionals. Company-specialized instructors, along with active pilots and flight attendants, directly participate to provide fieldwork instruction and career counseling.
Participants also complete a “Mission Project,” during which they identify areas for improvement during their fieldwork and propose practical ideas. At the completion ceremony, top project teams are rewarded to encourage participation, and the practical improvement ideas generated during the program will be incorporated into actual work operations.
