Smilegate's "Eclipse" Tops Google and Apple App Market Sales Charts

Smilegate announced on the 15th that its new MMORPG, "Eclipse: The Awakening," has reached the number one position in sales on both major app markets.
The game topped the Apple App Store sales chart immediately after its official launch on the 10th, and reached number one on the Google Play Store within just five days of release. To commemorate this achievement, Smilegate will provide special event rewards until October 14. Users who log into the game can receive key growth resources such as 10 million gold, "Sanctuary Acceleration Blessings," and "Equipment Enhancement Stone Orbs." These rewards will also be available to players on the new server "Belzera," which is set to open on the 16th.
Smilegate has also been actively engaging with its user base since launch. On the previous day, Producer Lee Sangmoon, who oversees the development, appeared on the official YouTube channel's "Eclipse Developer Live" broadcast. During the broadcast, Producer Lee shared key plans for improvement, including adjustments to the combat environment for close-range classes and lowering the difficulty of world bosses.
"Eclipse: The Awakening" stands out for maintaining the core growth and combat enjoyment of MMORPGs, while reducing the stress of constant logging in and competition. In the core content called "Sanctuary," players receive summoning tickets and growth resources as timed rewards, and AI mode enables character growth even when users are offline.
