[New Product of the Day] "100% Korean Pork Patty"... Lotte Wellfood Launches 'Chefood Gwangjang Market-Style Meat Patty'
Emphasizing Texture with Thick Chunks of Meat
Lotte Wellfood is launching a new meat patty product that can be easily enjoyed at home ahead of the Chuseok holiday.
On September 15, Lotte Wellfood announced the release of the 'Chefood Gwangjang Market-Style Meat Patty.' This product is designed to recreate the rich flavor and texture of freshly pan-fried meat patties typically found at markets, featuring a large and thick size so consumers can enjoy the hearty bite of both meat and vegetables in every mouthful.
In particular, instead of mincing all of the pork finely, the product contains generous chunks of meat to accentuate its chewy texture. The more you chew, the more you can savor the abundant meat juices and the savory flavor. The product uses only 100% Korean pork.
Various types of vegetables are also roughly chopped and added. Potato starch and Korean glutinous rice flour are blended in an optimal ratio to harmoniously bind the meat and vegetables together. As a result, the exterior is delectably pan-fried, while the inside maintains a moist and tender texture unique to the meat patty.
