Ministry of Culture Unveils Three Youth Policy Videos on Savings, Employment, and Homeownership
The Office of Public Communication at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on September 15 that it will release three videos in celebration of Youth Day (September 19) and Youth Week, introducing government policies that assist young people in practical aspects of their lives, such as saving a lump sum of money, preparing for employment, and support for housing.
The policies introduced in the videos include the “Youth Future Savings Program,” which helps young people save substantial funds; the "First Step for Jobs Guarantee Program," which supports work experience and entry into the labor market; as well as the "Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account and Youth Monthly Rent Support," which assist with buying a home and reducing housing costs. The content focuses on communicating various youth-related policies from different ministries in a way that is friendly and easy to understand, tailored to how young people consume content and media.
The videos also feature parodies of famous scenes and lines from popular films. The “Youth Future Savings Program” video references the movie “The King and the Clown,” while the “First Step for Jobs Guarantee Program” video draws inspiration from “Extreme Job.” The “Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account and Youth Monthly Rent Support” video incorporates scenes and lines from “The Outlaws,” all reimagined as internet memes.
All three videos are available on the government's official YouTube channel. There are also interactive events for each video, and detailed participation information can be found in the description section of each video.
