It aims to help elementary school students in Buyeo County understand the value of their region’s buried cultural heritage and explore career paths in archaeology.
There are two games. "Memory of the Land" is a logic-based memory game that teaches the law of stratigraphic superposition—the principle that older soil layers are found deeper underground and represent traces of the more distant past. Using forty artifact cards and forty quiz cards, students learn to deduce the order in which artifacts are unearthed from different soil layers and understand their chronological relationships.
