"Incheon Hana Mutual Growth Recruitment" Track Newly Introduced
Successful Candidates to Receive Training at the End of November
Hana Bank is launching recruitment for the second half of the year.
On September 14, Hana Bank announced that it will accept applications for the "2026 Second Half Hana Bank Recruitment" until 6:00 p.m. on September 28.
This recruitment round includes various tracks such as HanAXpert, Local Talent, Incheon Hana Mutual Growth Recruitment, Hana Green Leaders (special selection for discharged military officers), and NEXT CAREER experienced regular position recruitment. The bank plans to hire a total of around 230 individuals.
The newly established HanAXpert track aims to select candidates who will be able to grow in specialized roles that match their major and capabilities from the point of joining the company.
The recruitment sectors are divided into specialized tracks, including IB, Screening, and Risk (corporate finance); Pension, Trust, and Asset Management (personal finance); Treasury and Foreign Exchange; Global; AI and Data Finance; and Local Talent.
In addition, the "Incheon Hana Mutual Growth Recruitment" track has been newly created to commemorate the relocation of Hana Financial Group's integrated headquarters to Cheongna, Incheon.
Applicants who successfully pass the document screening, written test, practical interview, and final interview will participate in new employee training at the end of November.
