Daesan LNG Power Plant Completed... SNT Energy Delivers HRSG Systems
Supplying Heat Recovery Steam Generators for the 290 MW District Energy Project
Stabilizing Power and Steam Supply... Foundation for Expanding the HRSG Business
With the completion of the LNG district energy project supplying power and steam to the Daesan Industrial Complex in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province, the key facilities provided by SNT Energy have officially begun operations.
On September 14, SNT Energy announced that it attended the completion ceremony for the 'HD Hyundai E&F Daesan LNG District Energy Project,' held at the HD Hyundai Oilbank Daesan Plant.
This project was designed to reliably supply power and steam to industrial facilities in the Daesan area, with a generation capacity of approximately 290 MW. SNT Energy secured an order from Hyundai Engineering to produce and deliver the Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), and successfully completed performance testing.
The HRSG is a facility that recovers high-temperature exhaust gases from gas turbines to generate steam. By utilizing the heat from these gases, it enhances power generation efficiency while supplying the steam required by industrial facilities.
