107 Remaining Units of "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Daeyeon" Accepting Non-priority Applications on Monday, September 14, Driven by Growing Brand Preference
Even amid the adjustment period in the Busan real estate market, Doosan Engineering & Construction's "We’ve the Zenith" complexes continue to record rising transactions, maintaining strong price resilience thanks to excellent views and prime locations.
According to the publicly disclosed real transaction price system of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, a 159㎡ unit at "Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith" in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, was traded for 4.18 billion won (on the 75th floor) in June. This marks a new record, with the price exceeding the November 2025 transaction (3 billion won) by more than 1.1 billion won, making it the second-highest price among apartment complexes traded in Busan so far this year (from January 1 to September 14, 2026).
This upward trend is also seen in other areas. Led by "Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith," which defines the skyline of Haeundae Marine City, other complexes under the "We’ve the Zenith" brand—including "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City" in Uam-dong, Nam-gu; "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Harbor City" in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu; and "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Saha" in Jangnim-dong, Saha-gu—are also maintaining a steady price trajectory.
This level of preference is also reflected in survey results. According to the "Apartment Brand Competitiveness Survey" conducted by Real Estate R114 and Turn Around from August 5 to 13 targeting 3,388 people nationwide, "We’ve the Zenith" by Doosan Engineering & Construction ranked first in both the high-end brand awareness category and the regional leading brand category.
Notably, 52.2% of respondents who recognized "We’ve" answered that their perception of the brand had improved positively in the past two to three years. The main factors included "a heightened sense of brand competitiveness in the Seoul metropolitan area" (33.9%) and "refined design and image in non-metropolitan areas" (35.8%), with both brand favorability and the intention to reside indices also recording high scores.
Recently, consumer preferences have shifted away from merely favoring new apartment buildings and toward premium branded complexes offering "definite residential value" that corresponds to their higher prices.
Amid this trend, considerable attention is being paid to the non-priority (post-sale) subscription application for the high-end residential brand apartment "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Daeyeon," currently being offered by Doosan Engineering & Construction. This complex is being built in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, with two towers from five basement floors up to 42 above-ground floors and a total of 258 units.
The project especially stands out for its high-end design, befitting the "We’ve the Zenith" brand. Signature curtain wall-look designs that embody the brand identity have been applied to the exterior to create a differentiated appearance. Inside, smart home systems based on home IoT, a one-pass system, biometric fingerprint door locks, parking guidance and control systems, unmanned parcel delivery, and other convenience features are offered, along with high-resolution CCTV, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) elements, emergency bells, and a 24-hour security system.
The location conditions are also excellent. The complex is positioned on rare flat terrain in Busan and boasts double subway accessibility, being within walking distance of Motgol Station and Daeyeon Station on Busan Metro Line 2. It is close to the educational districts of Daeyeon Elementary, Middle, and High School, as well as Yemoon Girls’ High School, and near the cram school cluster in Namcheon-dong, Nam-gu Office, Motgol Market, major hospitals, and Uryongsan Park, among ample other lifestyle infrastructure.
The future value is also promising. The areas of Daeyeon-dong and Uam-dong are set to transform into emerging residential towns with more than 12,000 households through large-scale redevelopment projects. Additionally, the nearby North Port redevelopment and Munhyeon Financial District (BIFC) are expected to create substantial demand in the vicinity.
According to Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, this non-priority (post-sale) round offers a remaining 107 units, broken down as follows: 8 units of 59㎡, 36 units of 74㎡A, 15 units of 84㎡A, and 48 units of 84㎡B. Subscription applications will be accepted via Subscription Home on Monday, September 14, and the winner announcement will be made on Thursday, September 17, with document submission and contract signing to take place at the gallery on Friday, September 18.
Eligibility for application is open to any member of a non-homeowner household residing in Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongsangnam-do as of the resident recruitment announcement date (September 9), regardless of whether they have a housing subscription savings account. As the complex is supplied in a non-regulated area, there are no restrictions on repeat winning or mandatory residency periods, and the resale restriction lasts for six months from the initial winner announcement date (August 19, 2026).
