The theme of this camp is 'Special Mission! Protect Mom and Dad, Little AI Guardians,' and a total of 303 participants—including elementary school students from grades 4 to 6 and their guardians—took part.

Participating students attended a generative AI magic show, joined a variety of AI experience programs, and took part in an AI hackathon. During the hackathon, the students, with guidance from mentors, built 'guardian robots' utilizing sensors and coding, created presentation materials using AI, and then presented their finished products.

Participants could also visit various AI experience booths, including an AI photo booth, an AI motion tracking zone, AI webtoon creation, and AI voice experience zones.

Parents attended a special lecture on 'Educating Children in the Age of AI,' where they learned about changes in the educational environment brought about by generative AI and effective ways to utilize AI properly.

Kyungjung Park, Head of External Cooperation (Executive Director) at LG Uplus, said, "We will continue to collaborate with the Ministry of National Defense to provide meaningful AI education opportunities to military families and contribute to fostering future digital talent."
