IPARK Hyundai Development Company Creates 'Classroom Forest' at Seoul Dorim Elementary, Expanding to Three Locations by Year-End
"Helping Students Experience the Importance of Environmental Protection"
On September 14, IPARK Hyundai Development Company announced that it had created the "Symphony Classroom Forest" at Seoul Dorim Elementary School in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, where students can cultivate plants and receive environmental education.

View original imageThe Symphony Classroom Forest is a space designed so that students can experience nature in their daily lives by planting greenery in classrooms and unused areas of the school. It is a social contribution program jointly operated by IPARK Hyundai Development Company and Good Neighbors.
IPARK Hyundai Development Company plans to continue supporting students so that they can directly care for plants and participate in environmental protection activities even after the classroom forest has been established.
An IPARK Hyundai Development Company representative stated, "We hope that students will naturally come to understand the importance of environmental protection by personally taking care of plants."
Last August, IPARK Hyundai Development Company also established a Symphony Classroom Forest at Seoul Sinmok Elementary School in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. Next month, the company plans to create the last classroom forest of this year at Samgwang Elementary School in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
