The cooking class was conducted as a hands-on program in which members could participate together with their guests. Seonjae introduced to participants cooking methods that highlight the flavor and balance of ingredients, based on the fundamental philosophy of temple cuisine. The participants had the opportunity to experience "wellness through eating" firsthand, going beyond a simple cooking activity.
The Korea Local Administration Mutual Aid Association also provided members who took part in the event with 100% domestically produced soybean oil, which was directly developed with the involvement of Seonjae, as a gift.
A representative from the association said, "We hope that through this cooking class, our members were able to reflect on the significance of healthy food and build enjoyable memories with their loved ones. We will continue to present various member welfare programs that support the healthy and happy daily lives of our members."
