Heungkuk F&B Signs Three-Year Exclusive Supply Deal with China's Henglang Technology
Heungkuk F&B has signed an exclusive supply contract for the Korean market with Chinese company Henglang Technology for AI-based smart beverage dispensers.
According to Heungkuk F&B on September 14, the new agreement is a three-year exclusive supply contract for the Korean market. Heungkuk F&B will be responsible for the sales and supply of AI-based smart beverage dispensers developed by Henglang Technology within Korea. The company plans to expand its business scope by adding smart equipment solutions to its existing cafe total solution business, which currently focuses on supplying beverage ingredients and finished products.
Henglang Technology is a specialized provider of AIoT-based smart store solutions, dedicated to the digital transformation of China’s foodservice industry. Using its proprietary HL-IoT technology, the company provides automated beverage production devices, smart tea extractors, food safety and expiration date management systems, as well as digital store cloud platforms. According to the company’s official website, Henglang Technology’s solutions are currently used in more than 100,000 stores, with over 1,000 brand partnerships and a presence in over 30 countries.
Heungkuk F&B aims to integrate Henglang Technology’s smart equipment technologies with its own capabilities in beverage research and development (R&D) and proprietary ingredient and recipe development. The company plans to leverage its B2B sales network in Korea—including franchise cafes, foodservice businesses, and hotels—to expand its client base for smart equipment supply, while also proposing operational solutions customized to domestic store environments and client needs.
