On September 15, Samsung Heavy Industries will sign a technical service agreement (PSA) with JERA Americas for a floating LNG storage and regasification unit (FSRU) project off the coast of Hawaii. On September 16, it will sign an MOU with Fulcrum LNG, an LNG development company, to jointly pursue FLNG markets in five regions worldwide.
