i-SENS Extends Shareholder Benefit Service... "Improved Convenience"
i-SENS has extended its shareholder benefit service by one year and improved convenience.
According to i-SENS on September 14, the company has overhauled the operation method of its shareholder benefit service in line with the extension. The format has been changed from the previous coupon-based system to a commerce-based system within the MTS (Mobile Trading System). Previously, shareholders had to receive coupons from the MTS and register them separately on the company’s online store. After this change, the applicable discount rate based on the number of shares held is automatically applied within the MTS, enabling shareholders to purchase products directly without moving to an external shopping mall. This streamlines the purchase process, allowing shareholders to enjoy their benefits more easily and conveniently.
Any i-SENS shareholder who holds at least one share is eligible to purchase a 'CareSens Blood Glucose Monitoring Package,' which allows them to try various i-SENS blood glucose monitoring products, at a 62% discounted price. In particular, the main product, the CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) 'CareSens Air,' is available at a 10% to 50% discount depending on the number of shares owned. Shareholder benefits can be accessed through the MTS platforms of Shinhan Investment Corp., Kiwoom Securities, KB Securities, and Hana Securities, which are partnered with IRCUDEDUS.
With this extension, i-SENS will continue its shareholder benefit service until July 31, 2027. Through the contract extension, the company aims to maintain a stable service operation system and continuously review the composition of shareholder benefits during the contract period.
Shareholder benefit services are a representative shareholder-friendly policy in which companies provide their shareholders with benefits such as their own products or services. i-SENS has participated in the shareholder benefit service offered by IR Solutions specialist IRCUDEDUS since last year, offering a variety of discounts to shareholders.
