Chairman Shin Dong-bin Sells Additional 203,000 Shares of Lotte Shopping
Shin Dong-bin, Chairman of Lotte, announced on the 11th that he has sold 200,315 shares of Lotte Shopping.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service’s electronic disclosure system (DART) on this day, Chairman Shin sold a total of 200,315 shares of Lotte Shopping through three separate transactions from September 9th until today. As a result, his stake in Lotte Shopping decreased from 9.81% to 9.09%.
Previously, Chairman Shin had disclosed his plan to sell 324,100 shares (1.15%) of Lotte Shopping to secure liquidity.
Accordingly, Chairman Shin also sold 118,180 shares of Lotte Shopping between the end of last month and the beginning of this month, bringing the total disposed shares up to 321,330 as of today.
