The government-recognized corporate qualification system is a practice-oriented certification framework in which the government grants authority to company-specific specialized occupational skills. In partnership with HD Hyundai Site Solution, HD Construction Equipment has developed the 'Construction Equipment High-Voltage Handling and Safety Management Qualification' since 2024, targeting electrified construction equipment such as electric excavators and electric forklifts.
The company was selected as an operator of the government-recognized corporate qualification system in March 2024, and has since produced over 500 skilled professionals.
HD Construction Equipment provides incentives such as educational support for qualification holders and partner companies, as well as preferential sales commission rates for electric construction equipment. The company also plans to nurture professional talent by strengthening industry-academia cooperation with specialized high schools and educational institutions, covering the entire process from securing future talent to employment and career development.
