GH Expands ESG Safety and Health Culture... First in Korea's Public Sector to Introduce 'SAFETYID' Test
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) held an "ESG Safety and Health Culture Expansion Activity" at its headquarters in Suwon on the 11th, aiming to internalize safety values and promote a safety and health culture led by the ordering agency.
This activity was organized to further develop the safety and health strategies established on 'Safety Awareness Day' in May, and to implement safety goals such as zero serious accidents. On this day, GH employees conducted team-based exercises focused on establishing a mature safety culture, engaging in in-depth discussions about effective safety communication techniques and intervention methods required in the field.

Participants united around three key areas: internalizing the safety value that "accidents occur when safety communication breaks down," bridging the gap in safety awareness between senior and new employees, and establishing a "self-discipline prevention system" among team members in the field, pledging their full commitment to preventing industrial accidents.
On this day, GH also introduced the 'SAFETYID' safety propensity test, the first of its kind among public institutions nationwide. SAFETYID links the MBTI personality test with safety awareness, using an analysis model validated by subject-matter experts to assess each person's safety disposition in advance. Based on the individual analysis reports generated, GH provided tailored, one-on-one 'safety coaching' and proposed effective safety and health solutions aligned with each person's safety tendency.
