Incumbent Seoul High Court Judge Booked for DUI...License Suspension Level
An incumbent judge at the Seoul High Court has been apprehended by the police for driving under the influence.
On September 11, Seoul Seocho Police Station announced that Officer A has been booked without detention on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act.
According to the police, Officer A is suspected of driving a vehicle while intoxicated on a road in Seocho-gu, Seoul, around 6 a.m. on September 9, 2026.
At the time, Officer A's blood alcohol concentration was reportedly above 0.03%, which meets the threshold for license suspension. There were no reported casualties resulting from the drunk driving incident.
