On September 11, IPARK Hyundai Development Company announced that it has opened a model home for 'Cheonan IPARK City Complexes 3 and 4', which are being constructed in Budae-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam, and will offer 1,628 units for public sale.
Applications will open with special supply on the 14th, with first-priority applications on the 15th and second-priority applications on the 16th. Winners will be announced on the 22nd for Complex 3 and on the 23rd for Complex 4. Contract signing for successful applicants will take place from October 7 to 9. Residents are scheduled to move in by June 2029.

View original imageComplex 3 will consist of three underground floors and up to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 896 units. Of these, 851 units with exclusive areas between 84 and 116 square meters will be available for public sale. Complex 4 will have two underground floors and up to 35 above-ground floors, comprising 818 units. Publicly available units in Complex 4 total 777, all with exclusive areas of 84 to 116 square meters. Combined, both complexes offer 1,628 units for public sale out of a total of 1,714 units.
With this offering, the total number of units in 'Cheonan IPARK City' in the area will reach 6,010.
In terms of transportation, Buseong Station on the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 is expected to open approximately 250 meters from the complexes. The target opening year is 2029, coinciding with the planned move-in date for Cheonan IPARK City. National Route 1 and the Cheonan IC are accessible, and the Gyeongbu Expressway, Beonyeong-ro, and Samsung-daero are also nearby.
Nearby, the Samsung Electronics Cheonan plant has been designated as a production base for the next-generation high bandwidth memory (HBM) and is undergoing expansion investment. The Samsung SDI Cheonan plant, Cheonan Industrial Complexes 2, 3, and 4, and the Baekseok Industrial Complex are all adjacent. This area experiences strong rental demand from workers in the semiconductor and secondary battery industries.
Education facilities planned include a kindergarten and an elementary school next to the complexes. There are also surrounding schools, such as Buseong Middle School, Seongseong Middle School, Dujeong Middle School, and Oseong High School.
Complexes 3 and 4 are mainly arranged facing south and utilize a four-bay flat-type floor plan. Storage spaces such as walk-in closets and pantries will also be provided. Amenities within the complexes will include a library, fitness center, and golf practice range. A sky lounge will be installed on the top floor of both complexes.
For parking, each of the two complexes will provide capacity at the level of 1.55 to 1.57 vehicles per household. Additional features will include a facial recognition system at common entrances, emergency alarms in the underground parking lots, and vacancy guidance systems for open parking spots.
The model home is located in Jangjae-ri, Baebang-eup, Asan-si, Chungnam.
