Hwasa to Become First Female K-pop Solo Artist on Brazil's 'Rock in Rio' Main Stage
Singer Hwasa will become the first female K-pop solo artist to perform on the main stage at the Brazilian music festival "Rock in Rio," her agency P Nation announced on September 11.
Hwasa is scheduled to perform on the "Palco Mundo (World Stage)" at "Rock in Rio 2026," held at the Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on September 11 (local time).
"Palco Mundo" is the main stage of "Rock in Rio." This year's lineup includes Elton John, Maroon 5, and Stray Kids.
Hwasa will perform signature songs such as "Twit," "Maria," and "Good Goodbye," which was released in October last year. "Good Goodbye" achieved 750 "Perfect All-Kill (PAK)" certifications on the iChart, Korea’s integrated online music ranking chart.
