Kojima Partners with Gyeonggi Provincial Social Service Agency to Improve Welfare of Long-Term Care Workers
Promotion of Support Projects Including Awards for Outstanding Workers
Kojima announced on the 10th that it had signed a "Business Agreement for Promoting the Health of Long-Term Care Workers and Creating a Sustainable Care Environment in Gyeonggi Province" with the Gyeonggi Provincial Social Service Agency on the 9th.
This agreement was established to support the health and welfare of long-term care workers as the importance of care services grows with Korea's entry into a super-aged society. The signing ceremony, held at the Gyeonggi Provincial Social Service Agency, was attended by Kim Kyungho, Head of Marketing at Kojima, and Ahn Hyeyoung, Director of the Gyeonggi Provincial Social Service Agency, as well as other officials from both organizations.

View original imageThe two organizations plan to jointly design and operate educational, healing, and cultural programs for long-term care workers and will also cooperate on awareness improvement contests, awards for outstanding workers, and health promotion programs.
The first initiative will be the "2026 Long-Term Care Worker Awareness Improvement Essay, Photo, and Slogan Contest." Through this contest, stories from the field of care will be collected and the role and value of long-term care workers will be highlighted. Winners will receive Kojima healthcare products. In addition, the creation of a "Kojima Healing Zone" within the Gyeonggi Provincial Social Service Agency is also being pursued.
