The primary objective of this agreement is to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of testing and analysis by integrating AI technology into the semiconductor reliability verification process. The two companies will establish an intelligent verification system in which AI autonomously learns from the large volumes of log data and defect analysis data accumulated during testing, enabling early detection of anomalies.
Specifically, both parties plan to focus their efforts on: ▲ developing AI models based on semiconductor test and analysis data ▲ detecting anomalies and estimating or predicting defect causes in test results ▲ automating the reliability assessment process ▲ and jointly conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) projects in highly reliable industrial sectors.
