New hires in the AI work category will be responsible for planning specialized agentic AI services across all industrial sectors including finance, public, manufacturing, and logistics. In the robotics category, employees will work on applying robots to manufacturing and logistics sites, and will verify the field applicability of next-generation robotics technologies. Those in consulting will be responsible for establishing strategies for AI transformation (AX) and digital transformation (DX), while DX engineers will develop core systems and services for various industries.

Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or higher, or those graduating by February 2027, regardless of major, are eligible to apply if they possess IT competencies. LG CNS plans to give preference to candidates with relevant experience and expertise according to each of the nine work categories.

The hiring process consists of a document screening, written test, practical interview, and final interview. The written test is divided into an aptitude test and a CNS-specialized assessment. LG CNS has newly introduced this CNS-specialized assessment to measure both familiarity with the latest technology trends and AI utilization capabilities. For all work categories, the test evaluates understanding of global technology and industry trends, and depending on the applied position, it further assesses generative AI skills with either a coding or planning test.

An LG CNS representative said, “Even after joining the company, we will actively support new employees so that they can grow into experts in their fields through diverse project experiences and systematic competency development.”
