Hanwha Construction Division announced on September 10 that it will begin sales of "Hanwha Forena Jije Station" in October, supplying new apartments to the Segyo-dong area of Pyeongtaek City.
Hanwha Forena Jije Station will consist of 12 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, with a total of 1,098 units offering exclusive areas of 84㎡ or 116㎡. By exclusive area, there will be 452 units of 84㎡A, 208 units of 84㎡B, 168 units of 84㎡C, 122 units of 84㎡D, and 148 units of 116㎡A. Among these, the 84㎡ type, considered a standard size for Korean households, accounts for 80% of the total units.
The development is located in the Jije Station area, close to Godeok International New City, Brain City, and the old downtown area of Pyeongtaek. Notably, Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus is located within approximately 5 kilometers, offering the advantage of easy commuting between home and work. Residents will have convenient access to the southern Gyeonggi region—such as Dongtan New City, Suwon, and Osan—as well as Cheonan and Asan in the Chungcheong area, via Pyeongtaek Jije Station, which serves both Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and KTX (integrated with SRT).
The area is also well-equipped with transportation infrastructure. The extension projects for GTX-A (planned for completion in 2028) and GTX-C (planned for 2030), along with the direct KTX connection to Suwon (scheduled for December this year), are all underway, making it possible for residents to utilize up to five rail lines in the future.
Large supermarkets and warehouse-type discount stores are close to the complex, providing convenient living infrastructure. The area also features the Vision-dong commercial district as well as healthcare facilities such as Pyeongtaek St. Mary's Hospital, all accessible within the daily living area.
