Shindonga Construction has secured the construction contract for the street housing maintenance project in Beomcheon-dong, Busan, bringing its cumulative urban maintenance project orders for this year to over KRW 350 billion.

View original imageShindonga Construction announced on September 9 that it has been selected as the contractor for the 'Beomcheon District 1 Street Housing Maintenance Project.'
This project involves the development of multi-family housing and ancillary welfare facilities at 737-7 Beomcheon-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, consisting of three apartment buildings with five basement floors and 42 above-ground stories, totaling 499 apartment units and 76 officetel units. The total construction cost is approximately KRW 250 billion.
Since the beginning of the year, Shindonga Construction has been accelerating its orders for small-scale and urban maintenance projects. Starting with the Bisandong Street Housing Maintenance Project in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province in June (KRW 50.3 billion), the company has recently won consecutive contracts, including the Pungnap-dong Street Housing Maintenance Project in Songpa-gu, Seoul (KRW 54 billion).
With the addition of this Beomcheon District 1 contract in Busan, the company has achieved orders totaling over KRW 350 billion in maintenance projects alone this year.
