"Unlimited Beer on Friday Nights?"... Seocho-gu to Host '19+ Mystery Party' at Jamwonhagil near Sinsa and Nonhyeon Stations

Seocho-gu in Seoul (district mayor: Jun Sungsoo) will host the adult-only commerce festival "19+ Mystery Party" at the Jamwonhagil commercial district in Jamwon-dong on three occasions: September 11, September 18, and October 2 of this year. The festival will take place on each date from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday.
Organized by Seocho-gu and co-hosted by the Jamwonhagil Alleyway Store Association, this event is a Friday beer party for adults aged 19 and over, held in the Jamwonhagil district between Sinsa Station and Nonhyeon Station. The event, now in its third year since its launch in 2024 to revitalize the Jamwon-dong commercial area, is designed so visitors can enjoy beer, performances, and food while patronizing nearby shops and restaurants.
Any customer who verifies a receipt showing purchases of at least 10,000 won at businesses in the Jamwonhagil district will receive unlimited beer per person. The event will also feature food stalls, DJ performances, and recreational games.
This year, the festival’s programs have been expanded. Twenty outdoor tables for groups of four have been added, with ten of these placed as camping setups with chairs and tables in Ssari-jae Park, creating an outdoor pub atmosphere. The number of DJ parties has increased from one to two, with the second performance running until the event concludes at 9 p.m. Seven food booths offering specialties unique to the Jamwonhagil area will also operate. The district plans to encourage spending by providing discount coupons redeemable in the Jamwon-dong commercial area to participants who verify their receipts or join the games.
