Hankook & Company Group is recruiting "Proactive Leaders" who will drive the future of the global high-tech group.
On September 9, Hankook & Company Group announced that, during the second half of this year, both its business-oriented holding company, Hankook & Company, and its key affiliate, Hankook Tire & Technology (hereafter Hankook Tire), will each conduct public recruitment for new employees.
Hankook Tire will accept applications from today until September 27 for a total of 27 recruitment fields, including research and development (R&D), manufacturing and production, business support, and sales and marketing.
Hankook & Company will recruit new employees in a total of seven fields, including business support, safety production technology, quality, and supply chain management (SCM), from September 23 to October 5.
Applicants must be graduates of a four-year accredited university at minimum who meet language requirements, or students scheduled to graduate by February 2027. International students are also eligible to apply.
The hiring process consists of document screening, an online aptitude test (HKAT), first and second interviews, and a medical examination. Final candidates are expected to join the company in January 2027, and more details can be found on each company's recruitment website.
Both companies will strengthen communication with prospective applicants by holding online and offline recruitment seminars and are recruiting participants in advance through the employment information platform "Catch."
Hankook Tire will hold an online recruitment seminar on September 10 to provide guidance on the hiring process and how to write a self-introduction letter, followed by small-group job mentoring sessions with current employees in each field at Catch Cafe, Sinchon branch, on September 18.
Hankook & Company will hold an online seminar on September 14, followed by an offline seminar at Catch Cafe, Hyehwa branch, on September 17. Recruiters and current employees will provide information on hiring and job duties, and there will also be job mentoring by current employees at the offline seminar.
