Heungkuk Asset Management Launches Target Conversion Fund Incorporating Growth Stocks, High-Dividend Stocks, and Bonds
Equity Allocation Below 30%, Bond Allocation Above 50% for Diversified Investment
Converts to Bond Fund Upon Achieving 6% Target Return
Heungkuk Asset Management announced on September 8 that it will launch the "Heungkuk Growth Leader and High Dividend Target Conversion Securities Investment Trust No.1 [Mixed Bond]" fund, which invests in large-cap growth stocks and high-dividend stocks while enhancing stability through bond investments.
This fund invests up to 30% of its total assets in equities, with the remaining approximately 70% allocated to bonds and similar assets. The equity portion focuses on large-cap growth stocks and high-dividend stocks in order to pursue both growth potential and attractive dividends.
Amid heightened financial market volatility due to the possibility of additional U.S. interest rate hikes and global inflation concerns, the fund places emphasis on large-cap growth stocks with strong competitiveness and solid earnings, as well as high-dividend stocks that are strengthening shareholder returns. The strategy is to secure profit opportunities by carefully selecting companies with strong growth potential and a stable dividend base, even in an uncertain market.
The fund is managed as a mixed bond fund, but once it achieves a target return of 6% (based on A Class), it automatically converts to a bond fund. By combining equities and bonds, the fund aims to pursue profit opportunities while countering market volatility, and after achieving the target return, it shifts to a bond-focused operation to manage profits stably.
Investors can subscribe to the fund through Kyobo Securities, Daishin Securities, Mirae Asset Securities, KB Securities, and other channels until September 18.
