Suwon City in Gyeonggi Province has introduced the private platform "Wegive" service to expand the online participation base for the Hometown Love Donation Program.
Suwon City plans to enhance donors' accessibility and convenience by adding a private platform to the existing online donation portal, "Hometown Love e-Eum." The city also intends to actively promote the Suwon Hometown Love Donation Program through various online channels.
Wegive is a private platform specialized in the Hometown Love Donation Program that supports donation fundraising and receipt, registration and consulting for reward gifts, and customized advertising, promotional, and marketing services.
By utilizing the private platform, Suwon City will expand online exposure of reward gifts that reflect Suwon’s unique characteristics and will help broaden sales channels for reward gift suppliers, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.

The Hometown Love Donation Program is a system in which individuals donate to local governments other than the one registered on their resident ID.
