Daegu Suseong District to Host 'Youth GOOD JOB Job Fair' with 20 Companies Including Samsung Heavy Industries Participating
Suseong District of Daegu (District Mayor Kim Daekwon) will host the '2026 Youth GOOD JOB Job Fair Season 7' on September 11, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in Convention Hall B on the third floor of Hotel Suseong.
This job fair is held in connection with the 'K-DATA SCIENCE Hackathon & Conference' organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT. For the first time this year, the scope of participation has been expanded to include not only companies based in Suseong District but also outstanding companies from across the country.
Twenty leading companies from across Korea—including tenants of Suseong Alpha City, Samsung Heavy Industries, and SL Corporation—will participate at the venue. Job seekers can review recruitment information and job descriptions for each company, and participate in on-site one-on-one interviews with recruiters from companies of interest.
Various hands-on programs will also be offered. To help participants prepare for the changing job market, an artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) mock video interview session, AI photo booth, personal color analysis zone, and employment tarot card reading zone will be available. The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Employment Welfare Center and university job centers will also be on site to provide career counseling, vocational training, and information on youth employment policies.
