116 Teams from 7 Affiliates, 316 Participants
Discovering AI Agents to Solve On-Site Challenges
KB Financial Group announced on September 7 that it held the "2026 Group Integrated AI Agent Competition" at the new headquarters of KB Kookmin Bank in Yeouido, Seoul, on September 3.

View original imageA total of 116 teams, comprising 316 participants from seven affiliates—KB Financial Group, KB Kookmin Bank, KB Securities, KB Insurance, KB Card, KB Life, and KB Capital—took part in the competition. After preliminary rounds at each affiliate, 12 teams advanced to the finals.
During the finals, teams presented various cases of improving diverse work processes in the financial sector using AI, including security log analysis and abnormal behavior detection, internal document analysis, customer opinion (VOC) analysis and early detection of consumer risk, data analysis, insurance product development, customer consultation, and used car purchase support.
The grand prize went to the 'Customer's KB' team from KB Insurance, which introduced the 'Customer Care AI Control Center' that monitors and evaluates the entire customer consultation and claims process using AI.
