Masterin Investment Management Signs MOU with Veolia Korea for Joint Energy Efficiency Project
A Trophy Asset in Pangyo’s Prime Location
Pursuing Operational Cost Reduction and Enhanced ESG Performance
Masterin Investment Management is working with the global environmental services company Veolia Korea (hereinafter "Veolia") to improve the energy efficiency of its managed assets and strengthen its ESG competitiveness.
Masterin Investment Management announced on September 7 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Veolia on September 4 at its headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, to jointly promote the energy efficiency project at Pangyo Alphalium Tower. The signing ceremony was attended by Lee Taekyung, Head of Domestic Operations at Masterin Investment Management, Gilles Hild, Executive Vice President of the Energy Business Division at Veolia Korea, and officials from both companies.

View original imagePangyo Alphalium Tower is an office complex consisting of two buildings with a total gross floor area of 112,254 square meters (approximately 33,900 pyeong) located within the Alpha Dome City near Pangyo Station. With its prime location and substantial size, it attracts strong demand from IT and tech companies as tenants, making it a leading trophy asset in the Pangyo area. Through this agreement, Masterin Investment Management aims to achieve both operational cost reductions, including energy costs, and enhanced ESG performance.
Under this agreement, both companies will conduct an on-site technical assessment for Pangyo Alphalium Tower to derive customized energy-saving solutions and plan to move forward with formal contract discussions based on these findings.
Veolia Group, founded in France in 1853, is a global leader in water treatment, waste management, and energy management services. The group provides environmental solutions in 58 countries worldwide and is currently expanding its business beyond hospitals and industrial facilities to the office building sector.
