Ministry of Land and Labor to Accept Applications for Construction Fall Accident Prevention Contest Until October 13
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Employment and Labor announced on September 6 that they will hold a content contest to prevent construction fall accidents. Any Korean citizen can participate, and the contest consists of two categories: promotional videos (short-form) and policy proposals or best practices. Applications can be submitted on the official 'Construction Fall Accident Prevention Content Contest' website from September 14 to October 13, 2026. All submissions will undergo expert evaluation, as well as public verification for plagiarism, before the final winners are selected. A total of 16 outstanding works will be chosen and awarded in December. Four grand prize winners will receive ministerial awards and a cash prize of 5 million won each, while 12 runners-up will be presented with organizational head awards and 1 million won each.
