Up to 50% Off Wellness Tourism Products at 13 Destinations Including Gyeongju Kolon Hotel... Visit Gyeongbuk Travel Mall
Gyeongbuk Province announced that in celebration of the "2026 Year of Visiting Gyeongbuk," it will operate the "Gyeongbuk Wellness Tourism Experience Week (2nd round)" for seven days from September 7 to 13 via the Gyeongbuk Travel Mall.
This experience week was prepared in response to the success of the first round held in April, during which sales reached 104,696,000 KRW and the event ended early due to budget exhaustion. It also aims to meet the demand for autumn travel in the second half of the year.
During the Experience Week, 24 types of wellness tourism products will be offered at up to 50% off through the Gyeongbuk Travel Mall. The products comprise 13 single-experience wellness tourism items and 11 package products that combine wellness spots with nearby tourism resources.
Discounted products can be purchased starting at 10 a.m. on September 7. Even after the Experience Week concludes, a 30% discount will be available until October 13, and a 10% discount from October 14 onward. Purchased products can be used until November 30; if not used within this period, buyers will receive a full refund.
The participating wellness tourism spots total 13 locations, including the Naeyeonsan Healing Forest (Pohang), Gyeongju Kolon Hotel (Gyeongju), Sono Calm Gyeongju Wellness Pool & Spa (Gyeongju), Silla Buddhism First Ground (Gumi), National Center for Forest Therapy (Yeongju), Upside-Down Old Tales Forest (Sangju), Sadamjae Stay (Mungyeong), Mungyeong World Meditation Village (Mungyeong), Gyeongsan Dongui Oriental Medicine Village (Gyeongsan), Joyful Village (Yeongdeok), National Cheongdo Forest Experience Center (Cheongdo), National Chilgok Forest Experience Center (Chilgok), and Uljin Yacht School (Uljin), for a total of 13 sites.
To further boost participation during Experience Week, Gyeongbuk Province will also host a review event for users. Approximately 15 participants who post both photos and reviews on the review board by November 16 will receive a 100,000 KRW Gyeongbuk Travel Mall voucher. The winning reviews will be used as promotional content for Gyeongbuk Wellness Tourism in the future.
