◆Bigwave Robotics = Since its establishment in 2020, Bigwave Robotics has expanded its business by building an integrated industrial Physical AI platform. This expansion has been based on 'Marosol', a robot automation platform; 'Solink', a multi-robot integration infrastructure platform; and 'Omnisensor', a solution for turning tacit knowledge in industrial processes into data.
The company will offer 1.6 million shares in its public offering. The desired price range is 20,000 to 24,000 won per share, with the total offering size coming to KRW 24 billion. After collecting demand forecasts from September 7 to 11, the company will hold public subscriptions for retail investors on September 15 and 16. The underwriters are Eugene Investment & Securities and Mirae Asset Securities.
◆Duksan Nepscores = Founded in 2012, Duksan Nepscores is the only specialized company in South Korea providing one-stop total solutions from design and development to production and testing in the navigation and anti-jamming sector. The company has expanded its applied business areas through real-world demonstrations in fields such as defense, aerospace, and navigation infrastructure. Notably, it was the first domestic PBA manufacturer to receive NADCAP Gold certification, demonstrating global-level quality competitiveness and reliability.
The total public offering is 3 million shares, with an intended price band of 12,400 to 14,600 won. The corresponding offering size is estimated to be between KRW 37.2 billion and KRW 43.8 billion. The institutional investor demand forecast will be held from September 8 to 14, with retail subscription taking place on September 16 and 17. Daishin Securities is the lead underwriter.
◆Ellice Group = Ellice Group, founded in 2015, has its own proprietary AI cloud technology and possesses full-stack capabilities to provide comprehensive AI solutions. Its main business areas are divided into two segments: AX (AI Transformation) and AI Cloud.
The company plans to offer a total of 2,222,000 shares, aiming for an offering price of 70,400 to 90,500 won per share. The expected total offering size is between KRW 156.4 billion and KRW 201.1 billion. Demand forecasting will be held from September 9 to 15, and retail subscriptions are expected to occur over two days, September 18 and 21. Mirae Asset Securities is the lead underwriter, and Samsung Securities is a co-underwriter.
◆BRILLS = BRILLS is a 'one-stop robot modularization platform solution' company that has internalized the entire process from design and software development to production, installation, and after-sales service. Based on its manufacturing and solution-building capabilities for industrial, collaborative, and autonomous mobile robots (AMR), the company provides integrated precision inspection, assembly, logistics, and safety control systems across core industries including automotive, secondary batteries, and semiconductors.
A total of 1.2 million shares are planned for the public offering. The expected price range is 16,500 to 19,500 won per share, with the total expected offering at KRW 19.8 billion. Demand forecasting for institutional investors will take place from September 9 to 15, and public subscriptions for retail investors are scheduled for September 17 and 18. The underwriter is IBK Investment & Securities.
