Connecting Talents and Content Companies... Recruiting Participating Firms
“Outstanding Talent Matching Corporate Internship” in Operation
Monthly Support of 1.08 Million Won per Person for Up to Six Months
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency announced on September 3 that they are recruiting companies to participate in the "Outstanding Talent Matching Corporate Internship Support Program," which assists content companies in talent acquisition, until November 6.
This program connects graduates of the Creative Talent Fellowship Program, New Content Academy, and Game Talent School operated by the Korea Creative Content Agency with content companies, providing support for employment. The target for this year is about 300 participants.
The Korea Creative Content Agency will select companies through a review process, evaluating their understanding of the program, plans for managing and retaining interns, and strategies for connecting internships to employment. Selected companies will be able to autonomously hire talent suited to their job positions and must operate internships for a minimum of three months. Each intern will receive monthly support of 1.08 million won for up to six months.
