“Elegant Counseling Center” Operates Year-Round
From Unpaid Wages to Copyright Infringement
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency announced on September 3 that they will operate the counseling and education program "Elegant Counseling Center" throughout the year to promote the rights and interests of those working in the content industry.
This is an integrated support project that provides free consultations and education in the areas of labor, legal, and gender equality. It offers HR and labor consultations on issues such as unpaid wages, drafting employment contracts, and workplace harassment, as well as legal consultations on unfair transactions and copyright infringement, and education to prevent sexual harassment and sexual violence.
