KIDP to Operate Korea Design Pavilion at IFA 2026
Participation of 13 Manufacturers and 4 Design-specialized Companies
The Korea Institute of Design Promotion (KIDP) announced on September 3 that it will participate in the "2026 International Consumer Electronics Show Germany (IFA 2026)" held in Berlin, Germany for five days from the 4th to the 8th, operating the Korea Design Pavilion.
IFA is recognized as one of the world's top three appliance and tech exhibitions, along with the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in the United States and the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Spain.
This marks the second time the Korea Design Pavilion is being operated, following last year. This year, a total of 17 companies are participating, including 13 manufacturers presenting innovation-driven products led by design and four design-specialized companies.

The Design Market Development Team is a program established to support overseas business development and market entry for Korea's leading design companies. During the exhibition period, a B2B networking event titled "Korean Design Meets Berlin: Built for Real Life" will also be held, aiming to seek collaboration with local German companies and discover new business opportunities.
During the exhibition, KIDP will also operate on-site business consultation and matching programs. These programs provide participating companies with opportunities to interact directly with global buyers and clients, as well as to learn about local market, cultural, and design trends.
After the exhibition, KIDP plans to provide tailored one-on-one consulting for participating companies with limited overseas experience. The support will include follow-up consultations with buyers, sample shipments, and contract reviews, all conducted with export and legal experts.
